I have just tried to use the Send command for the first time to dump data from iFCB to my hardware and it keeps doing something strange to the settings for Preset 1. It keeps changing my Program change 1 & 2 values to 120, wherever I formerly set them. What gives?

You have MERGE (Thru) enabled in the config mode of your FCB1010 and when iFCB sends the SYSEX to the FCB1010, the bug in Behringers firmware for MIDI Thru rears it's ugly head and garbles the transmission (which iFCB is grabbing to verify what got there). So, either turn off the MERGE when you send a SYSEX OR, click the RECEIVE button when you exit the programming mode on the FCB1010 so iFCB gets the proper values directly.

Note that iFCB IS sending the values you entered, so nothing is wrong and your FCB1010 has the correct values. You just need to either refresh with the receive after you exit the config mode or you need to disable Merge for the time it takes to do the Send.
